Superb early 1920s sheer black silk chiffon beaded sleeveless dress with Spanish shawl inspired overlay at sides of front- gathered at sides of waist- attached at shoulders and coming down to loop behind hem of skirt in back. Snaps at shoulder on right, up left side of dress and at the left side where the crocheted overlay gathers at waist. Was lined with solid black but removed because that silk was shattering. There is one small hole in front at about hip level, smaller than pencil eraser. Shoulders have been reinforced. No label. Easily one of the most unusual and stunning 1920s dresses I've had the pleasure to offer!
